Our Process
Our process begins as soon as a couple books with us! We want to get a jump on designing as soon as we can to ensure that we capture your vision and have everything we need to make your dreams come true.
1. Hearing your vision
Once you’ve booked, we’ll schedule your Design Development meeting with our Head Designer. Share your vision, or let us take the lead—we’ll bring your ideas to life or create a one-of-a-kind collective experience just for you.
2. Design Development
Next, using all the information we discussed, we’ll craft your personalized Design Package and send it for your review. We will revise it as many times as needed to make sure we get your vision spot on.
3. Engineering & Production Planning
Once we've finalized our design package, it's time to make these dreams a reality! Our Design team will then meet with our production team to get everything in motion for building.
4. Building!
Finally, our amazing shop team will fabricate all your handcrafted items in preparation for your big day! Before you know it they'll be headed to your venue where our team can set up and make sure every last detail is perfect, just like you imagined!
